🍲<div>TOPIC:</div><div>POWER OF DELIVERANCE</div><div>
</div><div>🔑 KEY VERSE:</div><div>”Fear not, stand still and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you today: for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, ye shall see them again no more forever” (Exodus 14: 13).</div><div>
</div><div>TODAY’S TEXT</div><div>Exodus 14:15-31</div><div>
</div><div>MESSAGE</div><div>The Most High God that delivered the frailest bunch of Israelites from the greatest monarch of the age is still the same today. I have repeatedly heard from God’s servants that how you present God to our congregation is how he will manifest Himself. When He is presented as “gracious and loving,” you will have a basket full of grace and love but when you emphasize “Holiness and Sin, a Judge of the planet will manifest at all times. Nothing can be further from the truth. When one’s God is reduced to a mere psychological or perceptual task, such “God” has divested himself of all the</div><div>attributes and construct of immortality as man determines the sphere of manifestation.</div><div>
</div><div>In our text, God delivered the children of Israel from the stranglehold of the Egyptians Pharaoh without shooting a gun and set them on course to the</div><div>Promised Land. The Lord parted the Red Sea through the directive to Moses and all of them passed on a dry land. It was a complete success, as there was no casualty, no mistakes and no breaches. The embattled Egyptians as they</div><div>pursued to stop the Israelites they moved to the riverbed, through God’s instruction to Moses, he struck the congealed water and water returned to base and the emerging flood swept every Egyptian soldier away. The chariots and their riders all got drowned. There are amazing lessons that can be inferred, viz: The same God that delivered the Israelites also drowned the entire Egyptians</div><div>warts and all. All the Israelites with their allies who were mixed multitudes were saved, though some were not true Israelites at heart. The Egyptians who were</div><div>pursuing though against their will, none was spared. They perished in the Red Sea.</div><div>
</div><div>The Bible teaches that those who honour God, He will honour. It follows that any that allies with God and His people will enjoy the blessings of the alliance. Conversely, any that allies with God’s enemies receives the rewards because</div><div>when you despise the Lord, He will remind you that you cannot kick against the pricks. It is important we put in focus that, “Company affects destiny”. If you are in the right company, right things will happen to you but if you are in the wrong any, bad things will locate you. Jonathan the son of Saul though he had the heart of an angel, he perished with his father. Some evil men and worthless fellows that sometimes followed David to battle, because they were on the Lord’s side, they were saved (1 Samuel 30:32). The reason being, if you are on the Lord’s camp, there is great opportunity for change of heart than a good man who sells out to Satan’s camp.</div><div>➖➖➖➖➖➖</div><div>🎚 CONTROLLING THOUGHTS</div><div>When one is in the camp of the Lord, right things happen but in the devil’s camp, bad things happen.</div><div>
